We detail here some delicious recipes that you can make with ingredients that we usually have most at home. If you need to go down and buy some, write down the list of pastry flour and baking powder, that way you will get even more delicious.
Gelatin with fruits
Think about the fruits that combine with the flavor of the gelatin that you like the most considering its density, so that they float and don’t stay all at the bottom. We recommend strawberry cubes, grapes, tangerines, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, sliced bananas or similar.
While the pieces are being cut up, put the water in a saucepan to boil and, when it reaches boiling point, add the contents of a jelly sachet (sold in the supermarket) and stir constantly for five minutes. Once it is completely dissolved, remove it from the heat and, when it cools down to room temperature, add the pieces of fruit and put the saucepan in the refrigerator until it sets. You can also put it in small glasses.
False red apple coulant
Take three quarters of the heart out of the apples so that you can extract the seeds but not leave a hole at the bottom, because that is where we are going to put the chocolate and we don’t want it to come out at the bottom (like chocolate in a cup, from a bar, cocoa cream, whatever you have). Cut the top with the stem as a cover, put it on and put the apples on the tray of the oven preheated to 180 degrees (ºC), about 20 minutes. Eat hot.
Oatmeal balls with banana
Crush three medium sized bananas, add three tablespoons of oatmeal and a touch of cinnamon powder and knead everything as quickly as possible so that it does not oxidize. Make ping pong balls and place them on the tray (either buttered with a bit of wheat flour or on baking paper). Preheat the oven to 160ºC and leave the meatball until you see it brown on top, approximately 15-20 minutes. Don’t take too long to eat them, as they are natural and without preservatives.
Cocoa crepes with ice cream or fruit
Put 250 grams of flour, half a liter of milk, two tablespoons of cocoa powder (the one you put in your breakfast milk), one tablespoon of sugar, a pinch of salt and an XL or two small eggs. If you usually make pastries at home and you want them thicker, add a spoonful of baking powder. Beat all the ingredients until it is a homogeneous mixture without lumps, and spread a touch of oil on the base of the pan before adding the mixture with a small pitcher or a ladle to calculate the measure.
Make a wrist-strap with the handle to spread the mixture all over the base and leave it at medium heat until it sets on one side and you can turn it over the other by helping yourself with a spatula. Take it out when it has curdled on both sides and, once it has been plated, you can fill it with ice cream, with fruit, with butter and jam or with cream and sprinkled cocoa. More chocolate might be a bit excessive, but you decide. Fold or roll and enjoy.
Carrot cake with mascarpone
Recipe for ten people; calculate proportionally if you are less people. Mix 375 gr. of flour, a spoonful of cinnamon, 200 gr. of brown sugar (that gives the little color), two eggs, a pinch of nutmeg, another of salt, 300 gr. of grated carrot and 125 milliliters (ml) of sunflower oil. Place the amalgam on the baking tray previously buttered and floured, in the oven preheated to 180ºC for 20 minutes.
There you put a knife in the center of the cake and, if it does not come out clean, you bake it for five more minutes. Let it cool down and, meanwhile, put in a bowl 250 gr. of mascarpone with 125 gr. of milk or cream and 400 gr. of sugar, beating until it mounts. Spread it carefully over the carrot base and put the dish in the refrigerator, enjoying it without any remorse for the calories!
Microwave Cranberry Muffin
In a microwave cup, cover one third of the pastry flour and one quarter of the whole milk, add two tablespoons of sugar, one tablespoon of melted butter and one quarter of blueberries, and mix evenly. You can add baking powder if you want it to be fluffier. Place in the microwave for two and a half minutes at 800 watts, and voila!
Cheesecake for beginners
Recipe for ten people; calculate proportionally if you are less people. Crush a package of maria cookies together with 125 gr. of melted butter. Knead them and spread them in a baking dish greased with butter and flour. Place the dish in the oven preheated to 180ºC until the cookie is golden.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat 250 gr. of mascarpone, 250 gr. of cream cheese (for spreading), 125 ml. of condensed milk and two eggs until the mixture is uniform. Pour over the cookie already toasted in the same dish and leave it all in the oven again for 30 to 40 minutes, according to the texture you want more or less curdled. Let it cool down to make the portions. The jam or dulce de leche is optional.
